Monthly Rentals in Spiaggia "Pisenze"

We had a good time in there. And we were very lucky with the weather. When the sun is shining, you can enjoy the garden and the beach. Upon our arrival, we were briefly greeted and shown how the entrance gate works. Communication and instructions are good and messages or questions are responded to quickly. The apartment is (as described in other reviews) a bit simple, but still has everything you need. The location on the water and the garden were decisive for our booking anyway. There are other apartments for other guests in the house, but it was never a problem. If it were to be available, we would definitely come back :)

Laura and Olga were amazing. Really helpful and responsive, kind, understanding and easy going. We are seasoned travelers and so fell right into the villa and settled quickly. The villa views are gorgeous, a stones throw away from the pebble beach. The local villages are lovely, supermarkets well stocked and locals very friendly. It was only a short visit for us but in that time we managed to relax quickly and enjoy the peace and much needed R&R. Will be contacting Laura and Olga again when we return, couldn’t fault their service.

Casa Iris is a great base for exploring Lake Garda and Fabio is an exceptional host. The apartment, equipped with every comfort, is in a residence with an almost Olympic-sized swimming pool. It is only 350m from the beaches, the pedestrian promenade, and the bars/restaurants of Lido di Manerba. Right under the apartment there is a pizza restaurant that is great for eating out if you don't want to cook at home (no particular hassle from the proximity). Fabio takes care of his guests by giving suggestions about the surroundings and intervening to solve any problems. Highly recommended.

Wow! A great apartment with beautiful lake view in a relaxed but busy town with plenty of high quality restaurants. the apartment had everything you could need and we were able to have breakfast and lunch in every day. we even could have cooked dinner but chose to eat out. Lovely pool area shared between only 5 or 6 apartments so very quiet and clean. We also had access to sun loungers. Parking space in garage was ideal. Lorena was a fantastic host with very quick responses. she even left a beautiful bottle of local wine. A great trip for my wife's 30 birthday - thank you!
