Questo accogliente e curatissimo appartamentino, libero su tre lati è stato di recente rinnovato, ogni anno viene eseguita un'attenta manutenzione degli interni ed esterni. Il vantaggio di questo elegante alloggio è che tutto a due passi: la lunga e ampia spiaggia attrezzata, gli sport velici, tour in catamarano alle Isole dove a bordo si gustano deliziosi pranzetti, ristoranti di pesce, pizzerie vista mare. Un market rifornito a un passo da casa e l'auto serve solo per andare a Palau! ( 6Km)

Caratteristico alloggio Gallurese. sito nel Borgo Porto Pollo, distante 600 mt dal mare . Il Borgo è un delizioso centro abitato nel quale si districano vialetti pedonali fra muri in pietra e dolci archi. La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in meno di 10 minuti percorrendo sentieri panoramici. All'interno vi è un market molto fornito ed un ampia piazza e nei pressi un Disco Bar tabacchi . Ciò rende possibile svolgere una vacanza senza l'uso di un veicolo .

Trova la pace dei sensi in questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2024, che si affaccia a una bellissima veranda-giardino con un gazebo esterno con area pranzo-cena e un divano. Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!
