Beautiful house and surroundings, amazing sitting areas outside, private and quiet (you can hear cars passing by in the morning as the house is close to the street but it didn’t disturb us). The house is easy to find and get to, few minutes drive to the town and beautiful beaches. Ilaria is friendly and was very responsive, one of the lights outside was not working and she brought some additional light and organised someone to come and fix it so that we could enjoy our evening meals outside. As in the other reviews - there’s no AC but the house stays nice and chilled thanks to smart windows/doors solutions. The kitchen is fully equipped, we did quite a lot of cooking, there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. Perfect stay, we would visit again!

Check-in was smooth – Riccardo, the co-host, welcomed us warmly and was very kind throughout our stay. The location is great: just 3 minutes’ walk from the quiet and lovely Spiaggia delle Saline, where we enjoyed a picnic and stayed until sunset. Cala dei Ginepri is about 15 minutes away on foot or a quick drive – also stunning and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character and charm, with unique details like carefully chosen vases and beach towels. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with an induction cooktop. My partner had to work and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. We also appreciated having a washing machine – small but useful for light laundry. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to relax. We felt at home right away!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Apartment auf Sardinien! Alles hat von Anfang bis Ende perfekt geklappt. Paola ist eine unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin – sie hat uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt! Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen total entspannt und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Paola war super angenehm, schnell und zuverlässig. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und ideal gelegen. Wir können die Unterkunft und vor allem Paola als Gastgeberin wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :)

Bell’appartamento a Porto Massimo con bellissima vista. Anche se non c’è l’aria condizionata sono disponibili ventilatori e non abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Se devo trovare un difetto forse è l’assenza di lavastoviglie.
