L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space with a beautiful manicured lawn, plants, barbecue, outdoor shower, sink, and washing machine. Large porch with a nice table. Quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and an umbrella are available! I'm happy to have met Teresina and her family. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Newly renovated house in a strategic position to quickly reach the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias. Both Marco and Valentina who welcomed us were always available and attentive that everything was always perfect, as were Mrs. Nuccia, the landlady who lives in the house next door. Recommended apartment for two families. The patio and the corner of the barbecue perfectly complete the entire stay.

We had a great family vacation at Joe's Villa! The house is beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is ideal. By car you can quickly reach many beautiful places on the island. The garden is equipped with artificial turf, which is very useful in this area – it looks well maintained and is perfect for relaxing. Joe was a great host – friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend Joe and Villa Aurora and would come back anytime.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a magnificent view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly get to Villasinius, to the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and abundantly at the Villa Beach restaurant, it is nearby.
