Friendly and helpful host, home as described, tidy and clean, extremely functional. Overall extremely satisfied, if possible I will be happy to come back.

The stay in Vincenzo's apartment was to our liking. Upon our arrival, the owner Vincenzo welcomed us and showed us everything. A plus is the presence of the umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling masks and a double beach bed at our disposal!! We found the apartment very clean and tidy. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Very well-equipped kitchen in terms of utensils, pots, dishes, a very spacious refrigerator, modern microwave...in short, a well-stocked and well-kept kitchen. Large rooms. An outdoor area that deserves a 10 as a vote: very pleasant and spacious where you can eat, rest, or spend pleasant evenings. The area is great for getting around the most renowned nearby beaches or for those who do not want to move the car stay there since the sea is just 100 meters from the apartment. And then a special thank you to Vincenzo for his exquisite kindness!! I would go back!!!

Cute little home perfect for our family. We were able to walk to the beach down the road easily. First few feet were sandy and the rest was rocky, so perfect for my little kids who can’t go far. The home is gated all around and feels safe while inside. Kitchen has everything you’d need. The host had left us coffee, homemade wine, and bottled water which was super sweet. We did have to remove tons of scented items in the house to be able to stay there so if you’re sensitive to scents, I recommend you reach out to them ahead of time to ask them to remove everything outside before you get there. The AC worked great in both rooms, the outside shower worked great and there were plenty of towels for all of us. Hosts were very kind and met us on arrival to show us everything. I recommend this peaceful home if you’re looking to stay in the area. Thank you for hosting us Piero!

Pamela is a sweet and helpful girl, functional house clean and with a very comfortable outdoor shower for us, close to a beautiful sea with free beach and other amenities such as the bar and convenience store. We had a great time.

Very warm welcome by Ciro and Sylwia with nice welcome package, we received an extensive tour and explanation about everything in the house, which is very cozy and tastefully furnished, we immediately felt at home! Spacious kitchen with all amenities, 3 spacious bedrooms with private air conditioning (big plus!) and 2 great bathrooms. Very cozy spacious terrace with seating and a large dining table, so you can eat outside. In the back, another garden with fig tree and the stairs to the roof terrace. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and especially the cozy decor, it more than met our expectations! Ciro's valuable tips for outings, restaurants and beaches were very thoughtful. Thank you Ciro and Sylwia for your tremendous hospitality, we had a great week in your beautiful home and we'd love to come back again! 😁

This is a single house within a private garden; both the house and the garden are very well maintained. In particular, the house is furnished with simplicity but with taste, the rooms and the bathroom are spacious, with furniture and spaces that allow you to store your personal belongings, clothes, etc. in an orderly manner. The kitchen is well organized with everything you need (there was a pan missing that was promptly delivered to us!), and above all everything worked!!! Pots, dishes, tablecloths, and plenty of dish towels... The surrounding area is very quiet, with various houses and villas nearby; the garden is an oasis after a stay on the beach, the outdoor shower is excellent!! Finally, Mariachiara has always been available to listen to our requests, from the first contacts and also very good at managing a technical problem promptly and effectively! And anyway, look out over the beach that you'll reach after a 5-minute walk through the dunes... you won't want to leave!!!

We had a wonderful three-week stay in this apartment! The landlords were extremely hospitable and always available to answer questions quickly and helpfully. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The quiet location was particularly pleasant – by car you can easily reach many places worth seeing in the surrounding area. We visited Ostuni, Gallipoli, Alberobello and Lecce, among others – all highly recommended! A small note: for families with small children, a stair gate in the upper area would be desirable, as our son, who is not yet one year old, constantly wanted to crawl to the stairs. In addition, the lighting throughout the house is rather cold white, which of course is a matter of taste. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would recommend the place at any time!

An extraordinary property arranged with great taste down to the smallest details. The area is very quiet. You need a car to explore the surroundings. To the sea is about 10 minutes by car. Fabio is excellent and available at any time and very operative. I received many recommendations from him regarding beaches, restaurants, etc. We will definitely come back
