Villa vacation rentals in Spetses

Aggeliki's house is amazing. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped with towels, toiletries and items in the kitchen. The pool was lovely - warm and well-maintained. The cleaners also visited several times during our stay. Sadly previous guests had left cigarette butts around the pool, and kitchenware was put away dirty, but this was quickly fixed. Aggeliki was very welcoming and extremely responsive to all our needs. She sent a list of recommendations and was on-hand as required to help us. The location is rural and not accessible without a vehicle, but so peaceful. That said, Porto Heli is only a short drive with excellent shops, restaurants and a couple of well-stocked supermarkets. The ferry to Spetses is even closer, and the island is definitely worth a visit. We had a toddler in our group and had to make adjustments to "child-proof" the house (moving breakable ornaments and blocking the stairs) but otherwise it was excellent. We would definitely visit again.

We were 9 friends in the villa and it was perfect. Many facilities and in great condition. Fits like a glove. Would really recommend for a big group of people.

We were a group of four adults in our thirties, travelling for Easter holidays. The place was amazing, very spacious, well constructed super confortable and in a lovely and posh location, suitable also for family stays. Sofia is an amazing lady, very polite and well mannered, took real good care of us. We will definitely consider this for summer vacation as well. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. To begin with the pictures do not do it justice. The house is simply beautiful. I was very happy to see how clean, organized and fully stocked that it was. I traveled from the United States and spent many hours looking at home both on airbnb and luxury rental companies before deciding on this home. I could not be happier with my decision. To begin with the location was great. It is up on the mountain with an amazing view of Porto Heli. The only 4 star review was that the roads are a little rocky and small. The drive to the beach is 6-7 minutes, however, there is a better road that takes only an extra 5 minutes to make it to the beach. You will need a car. For me and my family this location was perfect as it was close to activity (night life etc) for the younger people and quiet/isolated for those who wanted it. The house had everything you needed. Each bedroom with a wonderful bathroom and balcony. The two separate houses worked great for our group. The outdoor furniture was plenty and wonderful to spend evenings/afternoons gathered and hanging out outside. The pool was in amazing shape and kept clean. It was really amazing how clean and nice this house was. Overall I will be happy to book again. Amazing property and well worth it!

This is a lovely villa, fab location, very clean and well looked after. Looks like Ioannis uses it himself so it has lots of useful accessories in the kitchen, bbq, pool, etc. Ioannis was very helpful when we arrived late due to a massive flight delay. He also sorted out a couple of matters whilst we were there so quickly. There are restaurants within walking distance (recommend Parasol), a handy little supermarket metres away, bigger ones within a short drive and the harbour closeby. We liked our trips to Mycanea, Nafplion, Epidavros Theatre, boat trips to Spetses and Hydra, and do try to find the secluded beaches nearby. Lovely area.

We had a super time at Julie's place. We needed a bigger house as we wanted to be with a few families in a single house, this was perfect for it. The house was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and for the kids you have the pool of course. When we arrived we got a super clear explanation of everything they made us feel right at home. From the house there is a very nice beach at walking distance, you can go to Ermioni, Porto Cheli if you want a bit more livelihood. Communication was also all very clear and responsive, so all in all very nice stay!

This is an excellent place. Nice facilities, nice landscape, spectacular view. The best from all these is the owners of the place. Very nice people who make you feeling like home. we have been in the area in the past but according to our standards this place is considered as the best. Thanks to Mr Antonis and his wife for everything that made our stay so nice. definitely we will choose this place again when we plan vacation in the area of Port Heli.

Beautiful house, spacious,functional , a remarkable property. Very well located to admire the sea in the morning by coffee and in the evening, at sunset: beautiful! Very well located also for travel in the Peloponnese, a few minutes from quiet beaches and restaurants, taverns and shops. In Agios Aimilianos you are in the middle of what is the most beautiful in Greece: the sea, olive trees, orange trees... Our host, Apostolos : A very discreet, attentive person who responds quickly to messages.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Spetses! The location is fantastic- just a short distance from the beach and the lovely town center, making easy to explore everything Spetses has to offer. Stefanos was incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Spetses - we would definitely be back!!!

An amazing villa with beautiful views! The villa was very clean and included just about everything that we needed during our two-week vacation. You can tell that John put a lot of thought into outfitting the villa to meet the needs of his guests. Location was great but you definitely need a car. plenty of great and interesting things to do in the area such as visits to nearby islands, renting boats and exploring the coastline yourself, renting 4x4s or motor scooters and exploring Greek antiquities. Pool was well maintained and we used it every day. Outdoor living areas were terrific and I think I already mentioned the simply amazing views.

A little paradise tucked away by the water. Beautiful place inside and out. Very airy with great light and views of the water at every angle. Absolutely loved staying here- wish we could have stayed much longer. Will definitely be staying here again. Niko was the perfect host. Extremely kind, friendly, responsive and offered the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt like we were home. Simply amazing.

A truly excellent holiday home: well designed and impeccably maintained with beautiful gardens and outdoor areas. Highly recommended! Also Danai and Mosxoula are very helpful and kind. We'd love to come back 😄

We had a great time . We were 12 people and stayed 3 days. It is fully equipped. It has amazing interior design, nice bedrooms and a very large surrounding area with a large swimming pool, football field, barbeque, etc. The manager Mr. Christos is excellent. You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

This is the best place for enjoying an amazing view over the ocean. The villa is very nice, with an amazing pool and equipped with everything you need. Our host was super friendly and helpful as well. 5 min to drive into the town with many great restaurants. Overall we would highly recommend this place.

“Villa del Olio״ was the top pick of our vacation. The house looks amazing and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It's thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful ambiance, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The spacious yard is private and beautiful, and the pool has given us plenty of family fun. What truly elevated our experience was Konstantina and Polys׳ warm hospitality. They found the perfect balance between offering us privacy and making us feel genuinely welcomed, like old friends. The villa is located 4 minutes drive to crystal clear beaches. And 10 minutes to nice restaurants and mini market. It is a truly dreamy vacation spot.

We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.
