Elena's place is perfectly located. Easy walk to tavernas, cafe's restaurants, the harbour, and shops etc. The house itself is very rustic and homely, with basic facilities. It has a wonderful balcony with harbour views. Elena was very responsive and helpful, as was her mum who lived next door. If you want an authentic Greek experience I highly recommend this listing.

This was our second time at Dafni’s place and we hope to return next year. Dafni couldn’t have been more responsive to our needs and questions. The apartment is a gem with a fantastic view. We love it there!

Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))

Small summer cottage in the old Greek style, very charming. Corresponds to the photos. We felt right at home. Very wide, comfortable bed; very well equipped kitchen where not only oil, vinegar, salt, spices were available, but fruit, water, milk, juice, honey, jam, butter, cheese and many more food for the whole six days we had booked. Babis was also very hospitable: he picked us up at the harbor at 9pm in the evening to take our heavy luggage to the accommodation with his motorcycle. The only minus: the street just above the cottage is very busy with motorcycles, so we had to close the bedroom window at night.

Beautiful house, spacious,functional , a remarkable property. Very well located to admire the sea in the morning by coffee and in the evening, at sunset: beautiful! Very well located also for travel in the Peloponnese, a few minutes from quiet beaches and restaurants, taverns and shops. In Agios Aimilianos you are in the middle of what is the most beautiful in Greece: the sea, olive trees, orange trees... Our host, Apostolos : A very discreet, attentive person who responds quickly to messages.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was wonderful!

Villa Anna is everything you read in the great reviews and more. The house has everything you might need, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. The view is amazing with balconies and terrace all around. I enjoyed immensely sitting in the winter sun and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The hosts were super helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to be back someday.

Maria and her mother Aliki were great hosts, very communicative and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartment was on top of a hill with an amazing view and a great swimming pool. Clean, with all the amenities and a nice yard to chill. It's a 8-10 minute walk from the port, very close. There is a bit of a steep uphill to get to the apartment if you go by foot, but hey, you can't get this view any other way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks

The house is great. Very well equipped with a lot of amenities. The house was very clean and was cleaned again mid way through our stay. The pool was a life saver with the heat at the time. The pool is a very good size. The house is very well located. Just a 2 minute walk to the bakery and corner kiosk for grabbing breakfasts and a quick snack. Mini market and fruit shop are about a 5 min walk. Communication and check in was very good. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Melivea resort. The flats are spacious and beautiful, and very well stocked. We were travelling with a baby and found the accommodation was extremely child friendly, only 10 or so steps from sea to door. Niovi and her team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back to Spetses and returning to Melivea resort!

The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. We loved staying in the cosy house! It was our spetses home for the last ten days with everything we needed and made our holiday even more magical. The terrace is beautiful and the house has everything you need. Our hosts were very helpful and made our stay a total pleasure. We will definitely be back!

A little paradise tucked away by the water. Beautiful place inside and out. Very airy with great light and views of the water at every angle. Absolutely loved staying here- wish we could have stayed much longer. Will definitely be staying here again. Niko was the perfect host. Extremely kind, friendly, responsive and offered the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt like we were home. Simply amazing.

What a stunning and well equipped apartment. 5 couples shared this apartment to celebrate a birthday and the whole experience was just brilliant. Very much all that we needed was provided for. Very close to all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches. Ideal for either sitting out or under cover as the weather determines. George was brilliant as our host and provided essentials for our arrival and kept in touch with help on good restaurants, cycle hire and even 'birthday' cakes. We all had a very good time and would have no reservation in recommending his apartment to other users.

Sophie's house is an enchanted break. We stayed in a tastefully decorated house with all the necessary amenities. It's very cocooning. And what about the garden with its patio that leads to serenity and relaxation! The house is close to the beach. You can see beautiful coves and visit beautiful villages if you have a vehicle We loved our stay and especially the island of Speetses which is splendid. We recommend staying at Sophie's place and will gladly return. Thank you.

We had a great time, it felt like home, the host was very nice, kind and communicative. Ideally how the air conditioner worked properly and quietly, which is important as we were there for days with a heat wave. The furnishings were stylish and tasteful.
