The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.
