The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. The barrier-free ground floor, the sunny terrace and the flexible check-in via key box ensure comfort and freedom. Quiet but centrally located – perfect to discover the Ahr Valley in a relaxed way.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
