The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. We (Armin (68), Heidi (62) and Waltraud (85) live in a 2-family house with a 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

The LIVING ROOM is about 35 m², tiled and brightly painted. The kitchenette is in the same room and well equipped. The bed is 1.40 m wide. The corner sofa offers another sleeping space. Other FACILITIES: 3 chairs, 1 table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 clothes rack, 1 coffee table, 1 large mirror and a carpet. An entrance hall leads into the apartment. Bathroom amenities: shower, toilet and sink. IMPORTANT for some guests to know: Here far in the countryside, the INTERNET is not optimal!

Design in the Bi-West - 2-room apartment

The west of Bielefeld is the ideal location to explore the city and surrounding area. Within walking distance, there is a lot to reach: the Kunsthalle, Oetkerhalle, the train station and the city center. The university is also close by. The location is ideal for trips to the Externsteine or the Hermann Monument. Hikers can walk to the Hermansweg directly from here. We are happy to give many tips. Great wine bars, small cafes and bistros are in the immediate vicinity

Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.
