Cute house that is close to Fort Wayne! Within walking distance of the LaOtto brewery the Sit N Bull and a short 2 min drive to Country Heritage Winery. When was the last time you stayed at a hotel with: large closets, a dishwasher, a BBQ grill, stocked kitchen, complete dining room, clothes washer and dryer, private gazebo, and a personal garage? The third bedroom has a queen bed and is right behind the house in a separate building. It has privacy, WIFI, smart TV, mini fridge, heat and air:).

The Granary at Pierman Homestead farm is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm in the country, the it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. The home overlooks a farm pond and grazing pasture. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families coming home to visit, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. Parties and events are “not allowed” per AirBNB policy.

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
