This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

The comfy King sized bed has a comfy high end matress for a great sleep after a big day on the slopes, if u are accomodating up to 4 people please keep in mind the secondary bed is a pull out couch. The Kitchen is fully equipped, Indoor pool and large new outdoor hot tub. Wifi, cable, parking and storage lockers to store gear as well as bike storage in summer.

It's a great house which felt very homely. excellent location to visit Lussier Springs. And Tony, the neighbour very kindly gave us some firewood so we could enjoy the fire in the yard. Thanks for having us.

Enjoyed staying at Tamara’s place. It was in a good location and had all the things we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This place looks exactly like the photos and is a nice spot to stay. They’re located a couple minute drive from town and maybe a 20 minute walk. The place is clean and private and has a decent amount of windows for a basement suite. The only thing I would say is that the mattresses are quite firm, however this is just a personal preference

10/10 would recommend!! Linsey is a great host and we really felt she went above and beyond to provide a great experience - from the cozy atmosphere down to the smallest amenities, she's got you covered. Also the location is great for access to uphill skiing at the resort, the nordic center and a ton trail heads for running.
