55 sqm apartment on the fourth floor(no elevator)of a historic building in the heart of one of Bergamo's historic neighborhoods, next to Piazza Pontida. The house has an equipped kitchen, sofa (usable in case of need as a sofa bed) bathroom, sleeping area that can be separated with a curtain from the living space. From the windows, magnificent views of the city's rooftops. Shared with our adjacent apartment, magnificent coffee/reading space and penthouse terrace with views of the upper city.

The cedar house

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is located a few steps from places of historical and artistic interest such as Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.
