Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Utanpå vitputsat charmigt hus med vasstak beläget i ett böljande vackert landskap. Inne nyrenoverat(Årsskiftet 2022/23) fräscht gästhus. Placerat intill huvudfastighet men är fristående. Utsikt över trädgård och fält. Begränsad insyn från tomt. Utrustning består av nya vitvaror som kyl med frysfack, ugn, mikrovågsugn och kombinerad tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Allt av ny modell. Fräscht kök och badrum. På sovloftet en trappa upp finner du två sköna sängar. Uppvärmning genom vattenburen golvvärme.

Sommarstuga nära natursköna Sövdesjön uthyres. Stugan har två sovrum, allrum, kök och stor terrass. Det större sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och kan avdelas med ett draperi där det också finns en enkelsäng. I det mindre sovrummet finns en 120cm säng. Lekstuga finns på tomten. Kanot finns även tillgänglig. Stugan är belägen ca 1 km från badplats och bastubåt. Nära Snogeholms strövområde, äventyrscampen i Sövde, musteriet och amfiteatern. Städning ingår ej i hyran och kan inte köpas till.

Två separata sovrum med en 180 cm säng i vardera rum. Nybyggt badrum med dusch och toalett. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum som leder vidare till uteplats och trädgård. WiFi ingår samt 65" smarttv som kan användas för egna streamingkonto. Gasolgrill samt 2 st cyklar finns tillgängligt.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Det lilla huset är utrustat för självhushåll, men vi erbjuder frukostkorg och andra förnödenheter på begäran. Meddela gärna önskemål i god tid.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

A nice little house located in the south of the most beautiful parts in Skåne. You get your own little house with a small kitchen and bathroom, two separate beds and you also get a very light and cosy living room with a studio feeling. Just across the road you will find endless woods to walk in. You also have 10 minutes drive to the nearest lakes Sövde and Snogeholm where you also find beautiful paths to walk. The closest little town is Blentarp where you can visit the local restaurant.

Några av Skånes bästa spa i närheten. 15 min m bil till Sjöbo.

Hele fijne dagen gehad in het kleine huisje. Het huisje is klein maar doordat je toch veel buiten bent is dat geen probleem. De Lokatie is super mooi met uitzicht over het meer. Toen wij er waren was er niemand in het hoofdhuis en hadden we veel privacy.

Helt fantastisk sted. Indretning er helt unik og gennemført, dejlig terrasse med eftermiddagssol omgivet at kæmpe rhododendron buske. Eneste minus er manglende gardiner på førstesal, hvor man ikke har meget privat liv. Ellers er alt andet en stor oplevelse.

Es war sehr gemütlich, ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Annelie ist sehr liebenswert, die Kommunikation war total unkompliziert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von dem in anderen Bewertungen beschriebenen Hühner- und Hundegeruch habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, wenn man die Gegend drumherum erkunden will. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ossian is a wonderful host and the space was great! Only have good things to say. Ossian was very responsive & helpful, and provided super clear instructions and even some nice local tips on things to see and do. The place was exactly as pictured and described, really charming, clean and spacious. It also had a bunch of kids toys inside and out which my son (2.5 years old) really enjoyed and meant that we didn't have to pack as many. It was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway and can definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a house with rustic charm, especially those with young children.

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse i stugan! Ett riktigt prisvärt boende med ett fantastiskt läge – nära både natur och utflyktsmål. Stugan låg vackert och avskilt med en fin uteplats där vi kunde njuta av lugnet och stillheten. Perfekt för att koppla av och ladda batterierna. Värdarna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss varmt välkomna från första stund. Rekommenderas varmt för dig som söker ett avkopplande boende i vacker miljö!
