There is a hot tub, log burner and EV charger available. The enclosed garden includes a large patio and BBQ area. We welcome dogs and have amazing walks straight from the front door! Tawny Barn is attached to the 2-storey Buzzard Barn which can also be booked through Airbnb. At request we can add 2 further guests. Charge applies.

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. This holiday accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays.

Recently converted annexe on the grounds of an 1850 School house located in Lincolnshire with secure parking. The annexe has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a large sofa bed big enough to fit 2 adults if needed, a kitchenette and an electric shower. Situated in a small village with a local pub which serves food and only 5 miles from Woodhall Spa. Plenty of local countryside walks available to enjoy with your 4 legged friend.

Little Lodge

A little home from home. Ideally situated to get to the coast for some sea air or visit the city of Lincoln for shopping or cultural visit to the Cathedral quarter. There is plenty to see in the area various wildlife reserves, the Lincolnshire show ground for events and we even have a lovely wildlife zoo. And when you have done all that you can come back to Little Lodge and chill out, sit on your own patio overlooking a half acre garden.
