Initially we had a bit of a hiccup but Nickolas was very responsive and addressed the issue. The location is very walkable to downtown, great restaurants and nightlife. If the college nightlife is your vibe, this is the place to be! If it is not you should consider bringing some earplugs especially if there happens to be a university event which gives cause for celebration, but the beds and pillows are super comfy.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!

One of our favorite things was relaxing on the front and back porch, enjoying the quiet and watching the deer wander by. One morning we even saw a whole family of them! The location was just right and close enough to the Sunriver Village for easy access, but set far enough back to enjoy some real peace, privacy, and a slower pace. We totally recommend this place!
