Steve and Bev’s cottage was the perfect home base for our visit to Eugene. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought, care, and love had gone into creating this special place. The space is warm, inviting, and full of charming, personal touches—fresh herbs for cooking, free-range eggs delivered to the doorstep, and raspberries in the garden that we were welcome to pick. The cottage itself is beautifully designed. We loved the wraparound porch, the super comfy bed with its fluffy duvet, and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. The large TV and strong Wi-Fi were much appreciated. The hosts were friendly, fun to talk with and weren't intrusive at all. I'm glad we got to meet them. One of the highlights was strolling the property and visiting the chickens—a real treat for this city girl! It was peaceful, and just what we needed. Thank you, Steve and Bev for creating such a beautiful space. I’m leaving a piece of my heart in your little corner of paradise!

Delightful cabin. It’s behind the main house but very private. Wonderful location for all your coastal stops. You can see the ocean from the front door. We loved it!

The perfect spot for a quick overnight outside of Eugene. I would have loved to stay longer. The art studio was very cozy and clean and Katy was easy to get a hold of.

Great location just a few hundred yards from Ashland Creek and downtown restaurants. House was super well equipped, everything that you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and house in general. Spiral staircase and uneven walkway could make it difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but for everyone else it's a perfect place to stay in downtown Ashland.

The backyard is park-like; the host gave helpful instruction; he was quick ro respond; and the place was clean and comfortable. I was apprehensive be ause the place did not have air conditioning, but the place was quite temperate. would stay here again.

This is the 3rd time that we’ve stayed at Rhododendron House … it would be our 4th except we had to cancel last year. The accommodations are beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Ron is the ultimate host … very responsive and thoughtful … leaving bonus treats of chocolates, popcorn and granola bars in addition to the typical niceties such as coffee and water. If available, Rhododendron House will always be our first choice in accommodations on future visits to Florence.

Phillip’s place is so amazing. This place is so perfect for visiting Ashland. We parked once, and walked everywhere. We also brought our bikes, and it was great to park them in the back yard area, and fun to ride on the nearby trails. It was easy to find, and so great to have a parking space in Ashland. The windows and light in here are great. This is just how I hope all my Airbnbs will be - comfortable, beautiful and in a great location.

We booked this rental so we could be close to some local activities and where our son lives. It was a perfect location for what we needed and a short distance to some local restaurants. The accommodations were very clean, up to date and comfortable. It was easy to feel right at home when we settled in. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly, which we appreciated! We would definitely stay here again, our experience was very positive.

A small but very livable space on a historic property. Nice view out to Goose Lake, or the white church down the way. Kathey was great, responsive, friendly, as were her two dogs. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Beautiful airbnb! Felt like a small apartment, had everything we’d need. There was a balcony, pond, and garden, as well as two cats. Definitely worth what we paid, would definitely come back. Cynthia was super communicative and friendly!

We had a great stay! Our family of 5 really enjoyed this cozy home that felt like such a gift after a long day of travel. The kids loved the games & books. We also appreciated that they a pack and play for our baby girl. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mira’s place. Beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. Short walk to the Main Street shops, restaurants, and Shakespeare Festival theaters. House was charming, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was our 4th stay at Aaron & Emily’s & it has always been pristine. The park across the street is a lovely view for coffee on the balcony in the mornings. For us it is an easy walk to our son’s home when we visit them in Bend.

Jim and Laurel’s place was perfect for our visit. Their place is cute, clean, comfortable and a great location. Jim was so responsive and always helpful with recommendations. We arrived on a day that was rainy and cold and it was such a relief to be able to check in early. The place is private and I loved the beautiful gardens that surrounded the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week. It’s a lovely, quiet, comfortable and private space. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! Tom had provided everything we needed for a longer stay and it was very clean. Seeing the hummingbirds feed every day at the window was magical ✨

The Pilot House was perfect for our 3 night stay. Debra greeted us upon our arrival and walked us through the logistics and accessing the amazing ocean view deck. A beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of seating options and 2 fire pits to choose from. The room and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The BBQ was ready to go and worked great. Such a quiet and peaceful location yet close to everything Brookings has to offer. We highly recommend the Pilot House for any stay in Brookings or the Southern Oregon coast. I just completed my third stay at Ben’s and Heidi’s guesthouse. Their neighborhood is close to grocery stores, entertainment, and highways. Ben and his family are wonderful people, and I am grateful for meeting them. The washer and dryer always cleans my clothes so well. I’m planning on reserving my next stay for next summer already. :)
