Townhome vacation rentals in Southern Maryland

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was SO close to everything and the walkability to some great restaurants was great! Greg was very informative and responsive and I def recommend taking advantage of the parking offered, well worth it in this busy neighborhood. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, everything was well labled and the kitchen had everything you need to cook! The home and the the neighborhood were very charming and if you like unique stays, I'd def recommend checking it out! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a FANTASTIC place to stay when visiting Washington, D.C.! Being only 3 minutes from the local grocery store, it was easy to get groceries and make family meals together, especially since there were a wide variety of dishes provided for cooking use! Our kids especially loved eating on the deck and enjoying a nice movie on the big screen in a cool house to wind down after a hot day of touring. At night, it was blissful to curl up into crisp, white sheets and the beds were very comfortable with a hotel feel in the comfort of a cozy home. I felt especially secure knowing that there were plenty of blankets, towels, and amenities available right on site if we needed them. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would stay again if we are back in the area! Thank you for providing such a lovely home away from home!

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The home had everything we needed and was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and full of charm. Great for relaxing strolls or exploring local spots. It felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our first experience staying in an Airbnb and it Manny’s place was absolutely wonderful. His communication is top notch and the place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! We were in Virginia for our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps Officer Candidate School and it was very close to base! We would stay there again!

You will absolutely enjoy David’s home which is an outstanding value in price and exceeded all of my expectations for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, ease of communication, and amenities. David’s hosting services shows his authentic appreciation to you as his guest, and I will have this location as my ‘home away from home’ in future visits to Alexandria, Virginia.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week during the cherry blossom festival. It looks exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in. Had everything we needed. The kitchen was nice. We fixed breakfast every morning before we went out for the day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's only 2.5 miles from the city and away from the hustle and noise but close to a Metro, which we used every day. Only a 10 minute walk away on a walking trail, so you don't have to walk on the road. Which was nice. The Metro was very easy to figure out if you've never used it before, like me. The host is amazing. Very quick to respond. Told me to reach out if I needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely rent here again if I ever go back to Washington. 😁

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood felt very safe, and I loved having access to a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials — Liz really thought of everything. I didn’t find myself needing anything extra. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Erins home. It feels like you are visiting a friend, there are many things available that you wouldn't usually expect in a typical Airbnb. The beds were comfortable. You don't have to worry about packing shampoo or conditioner as there was plenty.

I used to live nearby, so I was familiar with the area. Grace and Laura's place was very convenient to many of my favorite restaurants. If you like a variety of international cuisines, there are plenty to choose from within a mile of the townhouse. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. The coffee maker with K-cups provided was a nice touch. The only issue I had was that the internet was out for a brief period. Grace and Laura quickly called the service provider and learned that there was an outage in the whole neighborhood. It was resolved shortly. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this home!

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

The location was very nice, the home felt very private which is what I like about staying at an airbnb compared to staying at a hotel. Host was very helpful with figuring out parking and getting permits. They also gave us lot's of info about about how to navigate quirks about the home. The house was very clean especially the kitchen and bathroom. I appreciate there being 3 different sleeping arrangements. Overall had a great stay!

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!
