Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Southern Maryland

A friend and I stayed here for about a month during our work’s busy season and we can’t recommend the house enough. The home itself is very nice and has all the amenities you could need, whether that be in the kitchen, with the bedrooms, or with the living space itself. The house is within walking distances of a lot great restaurants and bars in Eastport, as well as Downtown Annapolis itself, so there is plenty to do. Lastly, the hosts are both responsive and friendly, so if there is anything that you need assistance with don’t hesitate to contact them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and are sure you will too.

We really enjoyed our stay at John's place. We were in town for a festival at the RFK fairgrounds and it was an easy walk through a safe neighborhood. John provided a fantastic site with lots of information and local recommendations. We really appreciated John helping us obtain a second parking pass since our group, unfortunately, couldn't all travel together. We would definitely recommend John to other travelers.

Katherine and Shelby were very prompt in responding to any questions I had. The unit had a very cozy atmosphere, and the furniture and beds were very clean and well maintained!

Wonderful stay! Everything I needed and more! Exactly as described. Plenty of parking. Alia is the best! She responds right away and is very attentive. 10/10!

If I could rate with more stars than 5 I would do it, Laura is a perfect and kind host and from the first moment she tries to cover and explain any need and question,,, a very cozy and familiar house perfect to share with family,,, we stayed 4 days and 3 nights here at a comfortable price and above all perfect for what we needed and the large patio for any activity,,, its perfect firepit to make an ideal evening,, perfect location of the house from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset,,, 2 minutes to the private beach and very friendly people,,, I would recommend this place 100 x 100 because it is ideal to recreate many lived stories,,, we will definitely book here again with the family,,,,

Beautiful home right on the water. Plenty of space to spread out or all come together in the great room! Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times but did not affect our stay.

Everything was great, beautiful home, love how there was plenty of space for everyone. The sun room was everyone’s favorite place to hang out. Host was very responsive whenever we had questions and checked in to make sure everything was working properly and our stay was going well. Dock had lots of fish and crabs, fish were jumping out the water and was a great touch for people that never experienced seen that before. It rained when we went so not too much outside activities but the home had games that kept everyone busy. Great time to relax, hang out with friends and family, be one with nature, very quiet and private, amazing view; wish we had more time to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage, well appointed, clean and very homey. The screen porch (with hot tub!) was a great place to hang out. Sharon was very responsive and an excellent host!

CJ was by far the best and most gracious AirBNB host my friends and I have ever had. He was proactively asking if we need anything and was always extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you again CJ for everything. I will definitely be back when I visit DC again. 10/10!

The house is beautiful and very large. Three families with kids had plenty of room to spread out. The views are just as pictured and the finishes were all high end. As we knew from the listing, the pool was right on the deck with no fence, and this was stressful with our younger kids (as were the stairs). This wasn't a surprise but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with small kids. As another review pointed out the house feels out of place in the neighborhood. Melanie was very responsive and helpful and we had a great trip.

I loved the place so much. So spacious and the host always checked in on us. Which was very nice and kind and helped us out and responded very quickly.

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

There are several highlights of Michelle's Airbnb. First of all, it's clean and quiet. I am a light sleeper and very sensitive to noise, dirt, and heat. But I slept quite well and felt safe and comfortable. Second, it is well furnished, equipped, and decorated. Michelle likes gardening and I enjoyed reading and having my breakfast and dinner in the small yard (who can miss the nice weather in Virginia?!). The commute is also easy-I was here for research and it only took me 1 hour to get to Library of Congress by bus and metro. Harris Teeter, CVS, and some good Latino restaurants are also within walking distance. But the biggest highlight is Michelle herself! She is so welcoming and accommodating. Kitchen and pantry are very accessible. She also allowed me to use her TV to watch subscribed channels. I was happy to make friends with her dog Buck. I would say my experience here is beyond my expectation. I felt so much blessed living here. Trust me-you won't regret booking it!
