We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The apartment was very clean, cosy and well maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, it felt warm and welcoming for our family with two young children. Our older child really enjoyed the stay, and while our 8-month-old baby was crawling around and the space inside the apartment was a bit limited for her, we found the large and clean lounge area downstairs to be perfect. There was also a huge multi-purpose room, which were both very quiet and clean — a great space for a little one to explore safely. The building itself was well-maintained, and the pool was clean, much better than some of the negative reviews we had seen on Google. The front desk staff weren’t overly warm but were still polite and the check-in process was clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would happily recommend Jeremy’s place

We love the place and it’s very nice as we can see hot air balloons in the morning. The place is clean. There are restaurants and convenience stores located around the area so it was easy to get food if needed. The area is also very near to the city and walkable distance to a few places. Would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I don like is that I have to go to the convenience store to get the keys as that area is confusing.

Great location with superb view. Host is responsive and pro active to ensure our stay went smoothly and feels like home. Apartment was clean and neat, totally worth every penny I have paid. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. It has all we needed such as a washing machine with dryer and the cooking requisites which is helpful in facilitating meal times especially for families with young kids.. instructions to the apartment, key collection and wifi is easy to understand as well.. the location is great as Coles is just right cross, it is also near to the train station. many restaurants near by as well.. The host Rita was responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

Lin’s place was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights was the stunning bird’s-eye view of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which made each morning feel extra special. The location is also excellent, with easy access to surrounding suburbs and public transport options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in the area!

I loved my stay at John’s place! The apartment was lovely, airy & spacious with great views out over the treetops. I really enjoyed the arty touches around the place, not to mention the very comfy bed. The electric blanket was a nice surprise! Transport was plentiful & nearby to wherever I wanted to go, and it was a quick walk up to all the shops & restaurants of Clarendon St and South Melbourne Market. John was a great host, he sent me very clear instructions for how to get in on my arrival, and even arranged an early check in for me. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne! Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

The place was great. Very spacious and comfortable. In walking distance to a lot of place especially good coffee shops. They also accommodated my dog staying there without hesitation which I really appreciated. Will stay there again when I visit! :)

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

we loved the time staying at Vaquay's. well communication. great location. great view. we especially love the indoor balcony. as we can chill there watching good view at night without feeling freezing. the space with a lot of indoor plants which stands out different vibe compared with other Airbnb. highly recommend.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

amazing view and location!! unit is sparkling clean and sophie is very responsive to queries. there is a designated parking space at the unit hence making it very convenient if you re driving. check in check out instructions are very clear , arrived just before midnight and had a swift getting the keys. walking distance to spencer outlet and free tram zone is just down the road. highly recommended

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

We had an excellent stay at Vik’s apartment, everything was as described or better. It is centrally located with good amenities that have been kindly provided by Vik, the swimming pool and gym are very handy and Vik is a great communicator and ensured we had everything that we needed. One negative was the blonde lady on reception, for whatever reason she seemed to go out of her way to be rude to us, it felt as though she treated us with disdain specifically because we were Airbnb customers, whenever I needed to speak with her or ask for information she went out of her way to make it difficult. I obviously wouldn’t mark vik’s score down for this because it has nothing to do with him and is out of his control. We loved our stay! Thanks Vik

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, yet quiet and cozy inside apartment. Instructions clear and easy. Loved having access to the jacuzzi, pool and steam room. Perfect for our 3 night stay. Best food and coffee at your doorstep. A comfortable lounge would have made it even more amazing.
