We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Top class 5 star accommodation, lovely place. Felt like home whilst working away. Sarah really nails the "excellent service philosophy" from initial contact, legendary welcome pack (previous reviews mention it but it really is something else). Ginger cottage was well decorated, spotless had all amenities you could need, warm, bright excellent. Contact/communication throughout my stay was really open and friendly,always welcome, helpful never intrusive but reassuring feeling of nothing being to much trouble. There is a garden outside which in spring and summer would be a lovely addition to the space. Unfortunately storm Darragh made using the garden immpossible🤣 Brilliant ace brilliant service brilliant host !

The place is excellent and wonderful, although it is very small, but it is clean. Thank you. However, the kitchen utensils need to be renewed. It was a very pleasant stay.

The place suited our needs perfectly. Had an issue during check-in with getting the key but Ade responded immediately and resolved our problem straight away. The flat itself was tidy and comfortable and served three of us perfectly during our visit. Thanks very much for facilitating a lovely time!

Great stay, the place is beautiful, comfy, clean and central. The kitchen has everything you need, towels and bedding are good quality, parking just outside the apartment, there is a lift and the location is nice and central. Appartment is spacious, we had 4 people staying and we were not on top of each other. It is worth reading through the check in instructions from start to end to understand where to pick up the key, how to access parking, codes etc this will help things go smoother. Definitely recommend it was a nice stay we would come back.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

Llovely stay at Natashas place. Gorgeous accommodation and beautiful surroundings especially the sheep and view. Loved the balcony to sit out on as I love to sit outside in the fresh air. Me and my husband will definitely be back again soon. Thanks Natasha for a fantastic stay 😃

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Jackie is amazing, friendly, warm and helpful. The accommodation…..well it’s just perfect!!!!! Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!

Nice apartment - located near some nice pubs + straightforward check-in with the lockbox. I’d recommend for a stay in Lichfield.

Betwixt is a beautiful presented self contained stay. It was all on 1 level, ideal for my limited mobility. Everything was as described and it was immaculate. The room was cool and peaceful. The communication we received was excellent and the directions were clear. We highly recommend it and will certainly return.

A really lovely apartment. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos. Laura was really nice too, very responsive to messages, and very helpful.

We had a great overnight stay in this apartment. It is exactly as described in the listing, extremely clean and tidy, and well equipped. The fixtures and fittings were all of a decent standard, towels and linen nicely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It's not the kind of property you are going to want to spend huge amounts of time in, but for short stays where you just need somewhere to crash and make breakfast the next morning you can't go wrong here.

Another good stay in Moseley. The apartment is a good size, well proportioned and clean, just right for two people.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in was easy and the instructions from Kyle were clear and detailed. It was spotlessly clean, and had lots of the little touches that made us feel right at home. Plus the beds were so comfortable!
