Beachfront vacation rentals in South Ponte Vedra Beach

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

Nice renovated apartment very close to the beach. Listing was very accurate and Jackson was very proactive making sure I had everything I needed and offered his cell number for any questions and concerns. I would stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Lisa’s in St. Augustine! The location was unbeatable - barely a five minute walk to the beach, with a taco stand and brewery at each corner and lots of amazing walkable places nearby (Kookaburra Coffee and Island Donuts to name a few)! It was barely fifteen minutes to downtown St. Augustine as well. The Airbnb itself was easy to find and had a parking spot. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an outdoor shower and dog run - it took all the stress out of traveling with dogs! We truly had the best time; my only regret is that I wish we had gotten enough time off work to stay longer! Lisa even allowed us a complimentary late checkout to enjoy more time at the beach. If you are traveling with dogs and looking for a simple, cozy, convenient place to escape to the ocean and historic St. Augustine, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Clean, comfortable; plenty of options to watch on TV without having to use our own streaming services; quiet neighborhood. Not for anyone who has issues going up and down stairs to the second floor bedrooms and shower. (Not an issue for us, but perhaps a consideration for others.) Daniel was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Thanks Lori for a great stay! The condo is beautiful and accurately described. We very much appreciated the beach gear and items for kids to use; it saved us from buying items to use for a few days. Also her kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. I highly recommend her condo!

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at a Charming Bungalow! We had an amazing stay at the bungalow! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The space had a perfect blend of comfort and style, with modern amenities while still maintaining a warm, homey feel. The location was fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless and offering great local tips. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

I love this place. It was so so hard to leave. The serenity of the area just pulls you in. My husband and I have never really done vacations before but because of this, it’s going to be yearly event now and we are coming back right here every time. All site seeing was within minutes away, parking is private, the boardwalk to the beach is also private and just far enough away from the public beach access that people don’t normally walk all the way down and the beach is usually pretty empty. The historic area is perfectly clumped together but if you’re looking for your target fix it’s just another 5 minutes down the road. Don’t think about it. Just book it.

Staying at Whaletail was wonderful! It was excellent and ample space for our large group! We often struggle with having enough bathrooms and beds but not here. It was also pretty private on the beachfront which we loved

Ashley's place was perfect for our family of four (my husband, me, and our two kids in their twenties). The beach was just a 2-minute walk from the house, making it easy to return for anything we had forgotten. It is conveniently located near many amenities, including Publix, a liquor store, and a delicious breakfast spot. It is close to historic St. Augustine. We loved it and would stay here again.

I loved the house and even more the location, it had everything it offered, we felt very comfortable, without a doubt I would rent it again

Our family and friends had a wonderful time here. The house is so spacious, clean, and and have beautiful view of the ocean from the back. The owner did stop by to see if we need anything. We felt like we own the beach ! We hope to return here in the future.

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

We are a family of 5 from Chicago that has stayed in many AirBnB homes over the last 5 years all over the country. This home was amazing and perfect for a beach experience with some privacy and space. It was a very easy (and safe) walk to the beach and ocean, and then it was wonderful to have the private pool area to relax in afterwards. The house was so nice and modern, with every conceivable amenity. It was really helpful to have all of the beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards available for use, and our family loved this home. We couldn't recommend this house enough!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!
