Really nice stay, enjoyed ourselves and was in an excellent location. Space was comfortable and clean, good walking distance to the beach and a nice, quiet street. The kitchen and the amenities were handy.

First time staying here and it was exactly what we wanted. Walk to Upham Beach easily and tons of restaurants within a 10-15 walk as well. Great little room with everything we could need and even had chairs and umbrellas that we could bring with us to use at the beach. Loved everything!

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

Kathy and James were great hosts, on site and most helpful. They are proud of their Gulfside Resort and it shows through their commitment to details inside and out.

The location and apartment were great! Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was a nice and quiet area which was appreciated after a long day at the beach. Looking forward to coming back another time!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

This place was amazing and it felt like home! Grounds are well kept and the rooms were clean. Pool was big and they had all types of things like noodles, floats, umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy while relaxing by the pool. It was a prime location - two or so blocks from the beach and walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants! Kathy was amazing and so were all the guests. Thanks to Kathy and Jim for the great weekend and hospitality! We will be back again soon!

Excellent location, room (901) had a view of the beach and is within walking distance to all major attractions. Room was clean and had a great rooftop bar (great place to view the sunset). Lauren was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay on Clearwater Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was as described. Small kitchenette that includes pots, pans, plates, utensils, toaster, microwave & coffeemaker. Comfortable bed with nightstands, lighting & outlets on both sides. Good size dresser available. Tiled bathroom with great water pressure! Two great pool areas. Lots of family fun yard games and areas to relax outside of your room. Loved the items available to borrow: bikes, wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Even better were the lockers that allowed you to be self sufficient- need more coffee? Got it! Need a clean bath towel? Got that too! Genius! We would definitely return & definitely recommend. Relaxing, comfortable, plastic flamingo chill kind of vibe. Front desk was also responsive & kind.

I’ve stayed at Clearwater a few time and this place has to be one of my favorite. Would definitely stay here again.

We will absolutely be back. We stay in the Coral Resort every year for the week of July 4. This has been one of our favorite rooms. Robert and Juana are extremely caring, accommodating, and responsive. Room has updated renovations and feels really private as well. Resort is close to so many restaurants and shops, walkable. Love staying on the bay and being an easy walk to the beach. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Perfect place for a stay with my dog. Close to everything but so quiet. Nice area to walk my dog. Comfortable bed. Friendly and accommodating host. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect walking distance to the beach and a lot of great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean and was spot on with the description and pictures provided. The surrounding area was safe and I felt comfortable walking places alone. The bathroom and kitchen were super clean as well.
