The rural property 7 miles outside of Ithaca is one mile from Robert Treman State Park where you can swim beneath the waterfall. Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower). Nicely finished basement. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Parking for one car included.

Private second story two bedroom apartment in attractive home on main road conveniently located in Ithaca, NY. Private entrance. Cornell, Ithaca College, State Parks, gorges, biking and hiking trails, and Wegmans all within a five minute drive. With a newly renovated bathroom shower this apartment is a little gem. One bedroom apartment within our home on a gorge in the Belle Sherman neighborhood of Ithaca. There are 2 queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, a pullout queen sofa in the living room & optional air mattress, sleeps up to four adults. You will have your own apartment within our home, and access to our hot tub and patio overlooking the gorge.
