Beautifully updated vacation condo with gas fireplace perfect for winter escape. Close to Lake Michigan and all of the fun activities Saugatuck-Douglas has to offer. THE BEACH HOUSE Accessible Condo Near Beaches

The Beach House is a first floor step free condo 7 houses from Newcome Beach; just two blocks from sandy beaches and gorgeous sunsets! Master bedroom w/new King sized bed, new carpet, walk in closet, and private bath with new ADA low barrier handicapped shower. Amazing water pressure! The 2nd bedroom has XL twin beds, (new mattresses) and bathroom with shower off the hall. New sofa bed in LR. Private patio with new 6 burner grill. We are on the "beach side" of town.
