I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Loved our stay, felt right at home. Really well maintained cosy place, close to the beach and other restaurants. They have their own cafe as well right next to the house. Liked their french toast. Would love to visit again and stay for longer.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. Had a lovely stay here! The place is just a short walk from the beach, close enough to enjoy it easily, yet tucked away from the hustle. The room was clean, cosy, comfortable, and well-maintained. There are plenty of great food spots nearby, and it's a great area to explore on foot. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to Patnem and Agonda beaches from here, both are just a quick drive away. The stay manager was very helpful and proactive, always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxed and well-connected base in South Goa.

Its a nice peaceful place with nice backyard for bbq and chilling out, as well as sit out in front. Swiming pool is very close to the house. So when beaches are to sunny and hot, staying back and relaxing can be done.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

I had a wonderful stay at this Serenity studio Airbnb! The owner was very friendly and accommodating—he even asked in advance about my arrival time to ensure the room was ready as early as possible. Binay, the caretaker, was excellent and extremely helpful. He promptly arranged a scooter rental and cab service when I asked, which made my stay even more convenient. Both the owner and Binay were warm, respectful, and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
