We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We had a genuinely memorable stay at NEST in South Goa. The location was serene and beautiful — exactly what we were looking for. The space was thoughtfully set up, clean, and had a very calming vibe. What really stood out was the hospitality. The caretaker was incredibly helpful — always available and responsive, whether we needed directions, assistance with basic needs, or general local guidance. It made us feel very comfortable and well looked after throughout. Renu was also a wonderful host — proactive, supportive, and ensured we had a smooth check-in experience (we were even offered an early check-in!). As first-time Airbnb users, we felt very welcome and reassured. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. I’d happily rate the experience 10/10 and look forward to returning again. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in South Goa!

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

Me and my family were looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful South Goa. And we found the perfect stay. a beautiful little bunglow surrounded with even beautiful garden, and the pool 10steps from it. The home was clean, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The beach was a 5mins walk from the place and not at all crowded. Surrounded with great restaurants, and even a supermarket, we had ample choice to either cook with a fully functional kitchen, or order by swiggy, or just hop next door to a really good restaurants. The pool kept the kid happy and content. With monsoon in full swing, the place became a little paradise. I must mention that the host Jay was super prompt, and the care takers Pramesh and Kaveri were the sweetest and of great help. Thank you Jay for making it worth it.

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

We had a great time at nitish’s place. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly and nitish was very approachable and helpful. The pool was also very clean and the apartment had groceries deliverable through online delivery services as well, as well as a fully furnished kitchen

Whether we were cooking a simple meal, lounging in the living room, or just enjoying the quiet ambiance, we found ourselves truly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the support we received from Noor, the caretaker. She coordinated everything seamlessly and was always available to help. When our son unexpectedly fell ill, Noor went out of her way to help us get medicine quickly, which we’re deeply grateful for. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference to our experience. Saahil was also a fantastic host—responsive and thoughtful. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

well, If you are looking for some peaceful time out with your family / friends , it's a great place to be. accomodates 2 - 3 families ( about 8 pax) easily. Spacious , Good food and Goan vibes heigtens comfort feel. Colva beach is about 5-10 min drive. Martin's corner and Madgaon is very nearby. overall worth a relaxing stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

A Perfect Nature-Facing Getaway at La Luxo Villa, Goa I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at La Luxo, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a beautifully designed villa facing the infinity pool—arched to perfection and tastefully done. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large, well-maintained bathroom. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. What made the experience even more special was the serene location—it genuinely felt like I was in the midst of nature, peaceful and rejuvenating. The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots. Our host was extremely warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended for couples, families, or groups looking for a premium and peaceful stay in Goa. Would definitely love to come back again!

While the house is as described gives you old Portuguese feel. It’s very near to a lot of eateries and beaches like Patnem and Palolem. All the essential items were there in the kitchen and the caretaker Samarth was very helpful in checking us in. The only con was, since it was monsoon season the road to the house was super slushy. Apart from this stay was amazing
