Sanctuary....A Home, Not a Hotel!

There are no 3rd party bookings without approval. The BOOKER must be present. A Log Home with 2 separate full functioning units on 8 acres. Very quiet yet close to everything! There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. This unit is an upstairs FULL apartment that’s very spacious. If you have a pet please view our alternate unit Little Blessings. please keep inside/ outside noice respectable.

Treehouse at Danville

Private Getaway seen on Netflix' Most Amazing Vacation Rentals! Fulfill your dream of staying in a tree house! For safety reasons, this venue is for adults only. We do not allow children or pets. The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). This 18 foot yurt has accent lighting to create the mood of living in the trees on a starry night. Danville is a glamping experience.

Heated Pool house 4 miles away from the beach

Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

Waterfront Oasis w/ Private Pool – Relax & Unwind

This spacious home along the Halifax River offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean skyline. Enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, screen room & entertainment room. Local shops, restaurant's and the Famous Daytona Beach are a stones throw away. Enjoy the sunrise from the spacious back yard overlooking the river and skyline. Boat dock for fishing, with multiple boat ramps within close proximity. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. (3) bedrooms - (2) baths. There is no hot tub.

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

The Salty Shores Beach House ~Walk to the beach

This cozy, private, clean beach house is a quick walk to Daytona Beach Shores Beach with all basic beach supplies provided! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home offers a large fenced backyard great for grilling, relaxing or hanging out. As a guest favorite home, don’t miss your chance to visit! Port Orange Proper

The Port Orange Proper has everything. DOG friendly, NO Cats Please. Dogs have to be fully house trained and owners need to know their limitations. $50.00 fee per Dog. Holidays and Special Event Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled 30 days in advance!!!! Centrally located between Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach and downtown Flagler Avenue. Bring your boat and your Bike. Plenty of parking for Trucks and Trailers. MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS!!!
