Wonderful quiet place to relax for a Fall weekend. You feel right over the water. Accommodations cozy and comfortable. Will plan to return!

This place was in a great location. We were in the area for a wedding at the 1812 Farm which is just 8 minutes up the road. It is very close to the Pemaquid lighthouse, Colonial Pemaquid, and the LaVerna Nature Preserve (nice place for a run or hike to the ocean). We found the house to be comfortable, quiet, clean and very usable: Lots of natural light Rack to hang clothes Extra blankets Good cookware Desk in the bedroom Big dining table Outlet near the night stand Lots of counter space Multiple places to hang wet towels

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Morning sunrise across the harbor with rose, pink, purple, blue neon colors? Check! Funky, Artsy, Unique cottage features (by all means, appreciate the Art Glass newel posts)? Check! Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!! We enjoyed our stay in Alina’s cottage. It’s in a small village with other oceanfront homes. The cottage is new with all amenities but ‘fits in’ with other established homes around it which are original to the location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee. The cottage is dog friendly with quiet neighborhood roads to walk. It’s an easy drive to Boothbay Harbor & other points of interest. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Alina’s is the place for you!

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

We loved our stay at Brenda's place. It was great for a peaceful vacation, a quiet location with no traffic jams!! A bit remote but not too far from the places we like to go in Midcoast Maine.

I can’t say enough about this cute condo right on the water! Easy to find and close to restaurants and historic sites, plus cute shops and art galleries. Audray was an amazing host and we will certainly be back!

Really enjoyed my extended stay. Spring was so accommodating and reached out throughout my three week stay to check-in and make sure I had everything I needed. The property was tucked away, but right in town making it walkable, but also private. This is a great spot to stay with an awesome host!

The Deckhouse was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Margaret immediately made us feel welcome as we checked in. She gave us a quick run down of the house and some fantastic recommendations. Easily walkable into the business district across the footbridge. A super short drive from the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and other great spots to explore. The deckhouse also makes for a great spot to sit and relax watching the waterfront at work. We would certainly come back.

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

We had a great time! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB, especially for the beach proximity.

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!
