The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. Our family cottage for over fifty years is nestled in the peaceful woods of New Harbor where not only is it extremely private, it has an amazing view of the harbor outlet! Just a short walk to Shaw's Wharf and the Hardy Boat, a five minute drive to the grocery store, less than a ten minute drive to Pemaquid Beach, and a twenty minute drive to the charming town of Damariscotta. Enjoy the sounds of splashing waves and lobster boats as you sit on the wrap-around porch of our treehouse oasis.

This brand new loft above our barn is cozy with all you need for a perfect vacation. You can relax with your morning coffee above the trees. It has an indoor toilet, sink and breakfast bar and outdoor shower. We’re a semi-retired couple and love to share our 62 acres property with stream and meadow. There are quite a few stairs to the loft.
