Patricia is a welcoming, caring and as attentive as she is discreet host. The Maisonnette is charming. We had a lovely stay. I can only recommend it.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an amazing view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
