House vacation rentals in Soullans

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices for breakfast. The company of Madison, the adorable dog, was nice. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We're leaving relaxed.

We just stayed 4 days in the mobile home in Julien. We enjoyed the comfort of the mobile home, the decor. The 2 bathrooms were a big plus. The terrace is fully covered. I recommend staying. Julien is very responsive to questions. We'll be there again.

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

We had a great time with our children, the house is very warm and very clean. The owner was very welcoming while respecting our privacy. I recommend it a thousand times. We'll be back for sure. Their house is really beautiful thank you☺️

Once again a very nice extended weekend with the family in the Marais where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. We were delighted to come back and will come back again.

We had a great time at Aurélie's vacation home. We felt comfortable from the beginning and everything was very clean. The beach is really right outside the door and beautiful. Glad to come back!

David is a very welcoming host, he welcomes you personally and it changes everything, especially with kindness. The area where the 2 cottages are located is really very nice and very well maintained. Trees, flowers, greenery as far as the eye can see. Not to mention horses and chickens. 2 minutes from the supermarket, in Challans and its city center and its covered market, 20 minutes from the huge beach of St Jean de Mont, St Gilles-Croix-de-vie, in short ideal location without forgetting the swimming pool and the Spa on site to share if the cottage next door is occupied but we were lucky to be alone to occupy the area. Private parking on premises. Very clean and spacious cottage, just downside the sofa is moderately comfortable to sleep on but the bed has very comfortable bedding.

My family and I would like to thank Jacqueline and her husband for their exceptional hospitality and this wonderful stay. We were received with great kindness and benevolence upon arrival. The cottage is impeccable: everything is new, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Both the rooms and the living spaces are well furnished and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing is missing! We particularly enjoyed the large terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding nature, as well as the barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather we had this weekend. The calm of the place is really appreciable for unwinding. The location is ideal, about 40 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne, which makes it easy to explore the region. It's a real little favorite, and we won't hesitate for a second to contact Jacqueline and her husband again on a future visit to Vendée!

This little gem is worth five stars in every category. Laurence was a kind, helpful and generous host and the Gite was immaculate - a little oasis with the most lovely, tranquil gardens giving shade and privacy on hot days. The bike routes out of the back door were wonderful. Thankyou Laurence!!

Beautifully decorated cottage, very clean with its private garden. Very nice setting. Fruit trees, pine trees… The bed is a sofa bed, we slept very well. Excellent stay. Romain always responded promptly to our messages. Very nice!
