Encantador apartamento para 2

JayaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

La Latina apartment overlooking Madrid

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, a fridge, stove, cutlery, washer-dryer, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and everything worked. Ana was a great host, she was in time already at the we set, friendly, very responsive, gave us 2 sets of keys which is sometimes a problem with apartments. the location is good enough just need to know that it's 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, and about 20-30 minutes to every museum and attraction, which for us was great. many coffees, restaurants and supermarkets close by. we loved our stay here!

Rent in a private corner in Madrid - Retiro

AllisonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I cannot say enough about the hospitality we were shown. We were met in person at the apartment and were walked through everything. They had thought of everything and even had some sweets for my daughter as well as some beverages and snacks waiting for us. After a long day of travel, these extra touches mean a lot. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Madrid.

Wonderful place to stay, even if it was just for one night before our flight home. Elena was very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered. Sergio greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick, welcoming tour of the property. The complimentary drinks were such a thoughtful touch. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Plaza Mayor ideal apartment

FionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at Gala's apartment while in Madrid to attend a wedding. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a modern kitchen and very effective air conditioning located in the living area (this was particularly welcome as we had temperatures in the mid 30s during our stay). Despite being in a very busy area the apartment was quiet once you were inside and we had no problem with noise at night. The apartment is well situated right next to both Plaza Mayor and the La Latina area so there were numerous bars, restaurants and cafes within a very short distance. As stated in the details (and communicated clearly by Gala) the apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, however we managed well despite being a couple in our mid 60s and myself having some health problems so don't let this put you off. Gala is a helpful, responsive host who was available throughout our stay if we needed her. We would stay here again if back in Madrid. Thankyou Gala

Cozy & comfortable apartment.

Luis MiguelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I chose to stay at David's apartment for my graduation and it was an excellent decision. The place was spotless and well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extra blankets and cushions for comfort, plus an iron and hangers, which is a very useful detail, and the kitchen has everything you need to do whatever you want. David was very attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is ideal: close to subway and bus stops, and only a 15-minute walk from the Opera area, full of restaurants and lots of nightlife. Totally recommended.

A cozy apartment with charm

AnneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.
