The condo is located in Paralimni, within a 10 min walk from downtown and from April 1st Avenue, where there are grocery stores and various services. The towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are about 12 min by car. We have numerous returning guests and are registered with Cyprus’ Deputy of Ministry Tourism.

A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!
