There is also a sofa bed in the living room with room for two beds. Washing machine available. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest at checkout.

The cottage is located by Lake Överuman, 20 km north of Hemavan, with good fishing both winter and summer. Several hiking trails take you up the mountains with good fishing in the mountain streams. Hemavan's ski area is 20 km away. The mountain cabin has three bedrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a stove, sauna, drying cabinet and double engine heaters.

The cottage also has an optimal location for snowmobile in/out as snowmobile trails pass on the other side of Blå Vägen and hiking in/out as Hemavan Gondola easily takes you up to hike the beautiful Kungsleden.
