Here you can stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to the sea and nature. The guest house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the small village of Östra Sörby, about a mile outside Borgholm. The cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen & living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washing machine. A simple patio with seating is available in summer. Other things to note: Cleaning is done by the guest before check-out. Sheets and towels are not included. Located near residential buildings

On the property, there is also our residential building. The location is hard to beat: about 10 minutes to Borgholm and Köpingsvik, about 6 km to the sea on the east side.

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Come and stay in our little cottage here in central Öland. It is located in Östra Sörby in Gärdsløse parish, barely a mile from Borgholm, so close to the middle of the island one can get. The cottage has two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small farstu. In the living room ( except other furniture) there is a bunk bed that can be used by children or adults. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional as is the bathroom with a shower and a WC. Patio with seating is available in both morning and evening sun.

A solar power system supplies the house with most of the electricity so you can do your part for the environment even on vacation. In the combined bedroom and living room there are 2 beds and a sofa bed that is easily converted into a 140 cm wide bed for 1-2 people.

Air conditioning at an extra cost of 50 per day 1500 sqm large plot with swings, trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. 100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.
