Bring the whole family to this unique cabin with great nature experiences in summer and winter! The cabin is located at about 900 meters above sea level with a large natural plot and with a lovely view over Gålåvannet. The plot is 1500 sqm and borders hiking terrain and hiking trail, well suited for the whole family. In winter, there are groomed ski slopes nearby and you can strap on your skis outside the cabin. Easy access by car. The cabin is well equipped and contains a living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, loft/TV room, sports shed and interior shed.

Large windows from floor to ceiling. 2 bathrooms + toilet, as well as a sauna. 4 bedrooms: - "Master bedroom" has 180 cm double bed with private bathroom - Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed - Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with 140 cm below and a single bed at 75 cm - Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with 150 cm below and 80 cm above.

Gudbrandsdal camp school, which serves as a mountain lodge during all holiday periods, is close by. Then the cafe is also open. Canoe, bike and ski rental possible. At Fagerhøy there are fantastic opportunities for an active outdoor life. Marked hiking trails and bike routes. In winter there are prepared ski slopes in all directions. Here you are really in the mountains, 1018 meters above sea level.

Strap on your skis right outside the cabin wall, or get on your bike for miles of hiking opportunities. We also have a canoe for free use on the nearby Årvillingen. After the trip you can relax in the delicious sauna. The cabin is spacious, well-maintained and contains everything you need for unforgettable days in one of Norway's finest mountain areas in Rondane National Park.

Gålå - Panoramic views of Gålåvatnet & Jotunheimen

Cozy cottage with all facilities, 9 beds, fantastic location with good sun conditions and panoramic views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and cycling in summer and in winter the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine facility. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.

Hytta har 4 soverom fordelt på to etasjer: 3 med dobbeltsenger og 1 med to enkeltsenger, samt et kontor med hems og ekstra dobbeltseng. Det er 2 bad, ett med badstue. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, romslig stue med peis, WiFi, Apple TV, og en stor veranda med panoramautsikt. Beliggende kun 50 meter fra Spidsbergseter Høyfjellshotell og 5 min fra Venabu Fjellhotell med aktiviteter som skiutleie, kano, ridning, og fisking.

Note: Due to big variations in the electricity prices we need to calculate the electricity for each stay. The electricity allowance of 100 NOK per day are included in your price. Excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay
