The nearest mountain peak is Bånseterkampen (1220 meters above sea level)About 30 min walk from the farm. Outside the cabin wall there are great groomed ski slopes. The trail network is connected to Skeikampen, Kvitfjell and Gålå

Free parking Only a 5-minute drive to: grocery store (open 7 am – 11 pm), sports store, Gålåvatnet, Gålå Alpin & Aktiv, Høyt & Lavt climbing park, Peer Gynt Arena (theater), cafés, Peer Gynt stadium with luge track and floodlit ski slope (artificial snow from the last weekend in November). As well as 230 (630) km prepared cross-country tracks. Cross country ski in/out. Just 300 meters from the cabin, you can access the cross-country skiing trail network. (From around mid-December)

Running water, shower, toilet and electricity and charger for electric car. 3 bedrooms, 1 family bunk bed and 2 good double beds, cozy fireplace in the living room. There is a heat pump/AC, wifi TV channels. Cozy cabin, centrally located in relation to the mountain. Near Jotunheimen and Rondane. New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Gålå - Panoramic views of Gålåvatnet & Jotunheimen

Cozy cottage with all facilities, 9 beds, fantastic location with good sun conditions and panoramic views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and cycling in summer and in winter the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine facility. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.

Nyt deilige dager i fjellet med en fantastisk utsikt over Rondane i nord og Jotunheimen i vest. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for turer hele året. Spenn på deg skiene rett utenfor hytteveggen, eller sett deg på sykkelen for milevis av turmuligheter. Vi har også en kano til fri bruk på Årvillingen i nærheten. Etter turen kan du slappe av i den deilig badstuen. Hytta er romslig, velholdt og inneholder alt du trenger for uforglemmelige dager i et av Norges flotteste fjellområdet i Rondane Nasjonalpark.

Viking farm, Sygard Listad. King Olav stayed 1021.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

Charming lodge from 1888

Charming old lodge from 1888. The place is idyllic in tranquil surroundings with views to Rondane National Park. 15 min drive from Otta city center. Several hiking opportunities in the area. The lodge is without water but has a outdoor toilet and warm outdoor shower. Drinking water provided in cans. Possibility with power via aggregate (extra charge) and or solarpanel. The lodge has 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room.

Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.

Idyllic old farmhouse in a scenic area in the middle of Peer Gynt's kingdom. A unique place near Rondane and a hiking eldorado with high mountains and short distance to several fishing waters. This is an undeveloped, old mountain farm where you can really find peace and quiet and recharge your batteries. The farm has a large fenced area where both children and four-legged friends can roam freely.
