Our secluded lodge is located on peaceful grounds, situated next to the River Avon, with fishing and hot tub (extra charge) Inside is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living area with double sofa bed, kitchen with appliances and dining table, wood burner and TV. Outside is garden furniture, fire pit and bbq. Secure parking within the grounds with private exclusive entrance to the lodge

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

Stour Lodge

Contemporary cosy self contained room, with private entrance, in a great location. Located on the same road as the train station, free parking for one car on the drive, central to Christchurch. 10 minute walk into the centre of Christchurch or a 10 minute walk to Wick along the river. The house is opposite a Londis and a very good fish & chip shop. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive, there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from in the area.

Pier View Retreat - Close to Beach - With Parking

Tucked away at the top of a period building this completely renovated apartment offers amazing views of the the coast and Boscombe Pier. All new furniture and fittings with a luxurious 2000 spring king size bed to relax in. Motorised blinds allow you wake and enjoy the view without having to leave the bed. A dedicated off road parking space is provided which is rare in this area and the sea front is just a 400 meter walk away.

The Log Cabin is a garden room in a pretty, tree surrounded garden with its own entrance. It is opposite the main house, which is hidden away from the main road. It’s quiet and relaxing. A 10 minute drive in all directions will take you to St Catherine’s Hill, the airport, train station, beautiful beaches, The New Forest, wonderful bars and restaurants.

Cosey Cottage on the river and Town Centre

A cosey Cottage is a one Bedroom Cottage nestled in Christchurch town centre on the River Bank. You can walk directly along the river, to the Quay, local bars. The property has all the facilities you require including a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, Bathroom and bedroom.

The Annex

The Annex is adjoining our main house, you have your own entrance and parking space. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and open plan sitting room downstairs, upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom. The Annex is spacious and bright and has a very relaxed feel.
