Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Parking is also available free of charge. There is a paid washing machine (CHF 2.00 for one hour of washing) in the building's common laundry room. It is available to the studio every other Friday (Studio 1 on the map). The accommodation is non-smoking.

The farmhouse is secluded in a small hamlet but still close to the cantonal road and not far from the larger towns of Tramelan and St. Imier. Arriving by car is recommended, although there is a bus stop nearby but with a thin timetable.
