Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton of Ticino Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.

The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.
