Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton of Ticino Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.
