Located at the bottom of our enclosed and secure property, which includes our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. 2 parking spots. Very quiet location, rural setting, departure from hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix Les Bains, beach and Lac du Bourget 4 kms away , ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. Saturday to Saturday in summer.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Winter activities accessible 40 m away by car. 18 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).
