Welcome to the old Astoria farm! Come and relax in this beautiful and functional recent outbuilding of 40 m2 located near the golf course of Aix les Bains facing the Revard. Easy to access, quiet in nature. 7 min drive to Aix les Bains center, 5 min to the lido beach. 1 km as the crow flies from the lake. Parking space on the property. Towels and sheets are provided. Superb air-conditioned single-story house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
