Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 20-minute walk from the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Catalina, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from the cathedral. Right in front of my apartment there is a bus stop that goes directly to downtown. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Views of Bellver Castle, the mountains, the sea and part of the port. The room has a Climalit window

Located near downtown, with good public transportation connections. Sheets and bath towels are included and there is filtered water by osmosis. It's a third floor walkup. There are 3 super friendly kittens who love to interact with guests!

Joao is a very welcoming and friendly host, he remains available with discretion. It feels like a home away from home. He is also very accommodating. The accommodation is more spacious than it appears in the photo, very clean. The location is ideal for visiting Palma on foot, it is also close to transport (bus and airport shuttle), there is a convenience store on the corner. In short, if we return to Palma, it will be with great pleasure at Joao's. 🤩

The house is as expected, clean and beautiful.Comfortable space, convenient location, and the host responds very promptly and enthusiastically.We love this house, the only thing is that there is a bar downstairs with loud noise at night, everything else is satisfactory.

It's a clean place to stay near the airport. We stayed 3 nights on our short stay. Most of them only sleep there thanks to the convenient location near the airport. We had an early morning flight, we arrived at the airport comfortably on foot, it is about 3km on an easy route. Juan is nice and caring, even though the accommodation is shared, we didn't meet the others there much. It's great that it's a short walk from the beach (about 5 minutes on foot) and Juan also has beach mats and a parasol for rent. There is a supermarket, restaurant and bike rentals in the neighborhood. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen. I'd love to come back, thank you.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely book it again if I visit Mallorca in the future. And Daniel’s family was absolutely lovely!

Rooms were clean and tidy, everyone there was super friendly and it was great to meet fellow travellers. Communication was great and overall as described for a decent price, perfect for those wanting to be in the centre of Palma.
