Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

Townhouse with tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the seafront and beach. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in April and October, as well as lifeguard services, kayak rentals, water scooters, and paddle surfing. About 12 km from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km from Maó and 30 km from Ciutadella. We hope you will be as comfortable and enjoy and care for it as much as we do.
