Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities, Villa Forte is located in Cala en Porter, an 8-minute walk from Cova d'en Xoroi. The property was built in 2007, and has air-conditioned accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi. Cosy 3 bedroom apartment in Menorca

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2025. The kitchen was refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.

There are are few supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. It is also only a 10 minute to walk to the famous golf course Golf Son Parc Menorca. There is private parking behind the apartment.
