I have lovingly restored this family home so that it is warm and welcoming for my friends, children, grandchildren and you! My 5 grandkids are to thank for the addition of a hot tub, tree swing, water kitchen and play house area. The cottage is 5 mins from Lancing Beach & near both Brighton and Worthing. There is plenty to do around this wonderful part of the Sussex coast, so come and visit soon.

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The room was roomy, clean with a very comfortable bed. The hosts (including Almos the dog) were quiet and respectful of my privacy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at Claire's lovely place as I had come to Worthing on my own to see a gig. Claire was really welcoming and helpful from the outset. She was happy for me to be in the flat by myself. She had provided some thoughtful extras which were welcome. The flat is beautifully styled: it is a lovely place to spend time in. A perfect solo getaway!

We would have loved to stay longer. It was such a quiet and beautiful location . It was a lovely cottage with all that we needed and a nice touch to have bread , milk and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived
