A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. A falu közepén, pár száz méterre a Liliomkert piactól, erdő és patak által határolt otthonos kis birtok a miénk. Nagy közös tér lent, 4 hálószoba fent, kandalló, kert, tűzrakó, fedett pergola, illatok és madárcsicsergés vár minden mennyiségben. A legközelebbi strand 6 km. A faluban kávézó, delikát, galéria, borászatok, vasárnap piac, a szomszéd falvakban 10 percen belül a környék (a világ) legjobb fagyizója, szuper éttermek, gyerek és felnőtt programok, koncertek, borászatok, kirándulás vár.

Az igényesen felszerelt ház ideális 4 fő számára, a hozzá tartozó saját borozóban hatan is elfértek, a hűs pincében nagyszerű borok pihennek. Az épület Műemlékvédelem alatt áll és igényesen felújított. A ház a Hamvas Béla borút mentén a Műemlék pincesoron található. A Balaton csupán 10 percre van biciklivel. Körülötte nagy terasz, lugas csodálatos kilátás és egy élettel teli szőlőskert vár. Reggelente a végtelen csöndben a szemközti kukoricaföldet az őzikék és nyulak örömmel látogatják.

Enjoy Lake Balaton in our tiny house. We are the 4th generation loving and taking care of this place in Zamárdi. The loft-like cabin is surrounded by a small forest a few corners (600m) from the free beach. You will share the garden with birds, squirrels and hedgehogs – a perfect place to relax for nature-loving people. Huge trees and small forest animals but no TV, organic shade but no artificial grass, however grilling equipment, SUP, two bikes, wifi and outdoor kitchen are available.
