We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )are staying on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Our vacation in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. You also had a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good base for exploring the area. Arrival to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, gas station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. Nice cottage to stay in, close to the beach and harbor in a lovely village. Stayed here in early June, so the summer heat was not quite there yet, but I can imagine that this is perfect to stay in July-August if you love to swim and get a summer feeling. No toilet/shower in the cottage but it worked very well to go to those that are just over 50-100 meters away, they were nice and well cleaned.

Pure nature and nice weather, this accommodation is located in the forest, for anyone who wants to switch off completely. Everything was exactly the same as the previous year and in this description , we were there again because of the great experience. This time we were even able to borrow Ellen's bikes and explore the surrounding area. Everything was exactly the same as last year Pool, sauna, fireplaces worked perfectly.

We had the most wonderful time at Sarah’s beautiful house, the location was so peaceful. The house is very clean and has everything you need to relax and enjoy cooking and we had a BBQ outside as well. We enjoyed swimming at the lake by Valö Café and Sarah arranged for us to visit the farm next door to get some homemade jam, apple juice and some eggs from the chickens. I would highly recommend staying here, thanks Sarah!

This place is a slice of paradise. We were immediately overwhelmed by the spirit of this place. Like in a picture book. A beautiful lake where you could swim and fish. The tranquility and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The house offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Pernilla was a super host who provided us with helpful tips and rounded off the stay at this wonderful place with a pleasant conversation at check-out. Thank you for this time. We will be back.
