It features a spacious living room (with sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi), an equipped kitchen (Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, refrigerator), a double bedroom with balcony access, and a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available, and if you'd like, an enclosed and covered bicycle area can also be provided.

Studio Stefano is located just 15 minutes away on foot from the Como historic center. It has an AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large private Patio. It is nestled in a safe and peaceful condominium setting—that is close to a supermarket, bus stop, train station and a large parking garage. Free street parking too. Note that there is a train track nearby the house, however sound is almost completely blocked out when the window/shutters are shut. Trains do not run during the night.

Have a break and enjoy the beautiful area of Como in a tiny and confortable apartment in a green residencial area. Very easy to reach from the highway (exit Como centro), Casa di Mario is located at 15 minutes by car or by bus from downtown and the lake. The apartment is essencial but it has been recently renovated and you will find it very confortable. A terrace facing green trees is the best to have an aperitivo looking at the sunset.
